Processing time
Items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Orders with several items may ship in separate packages from different print facilities.
Delivery time
After your order ships, typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: about 3–8 business days
- Canada, UK, EU and Australia: about 5–15 business days
- Rest of world: about 10–30 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays and customs can add time.

Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or seems lost, email support@terminaldrip.com with your order number. Damaged and misprinted items are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
